Os pr\u00e9-requisitos controlam os perigos associados ao meio envolvente ao processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o do g\u00e9nero aliment\u00edcio, enquanto que o sistema HACCP controla os perigos associados ao processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
