Torna-se assim, necess\u00e1rios que existam instrumentos que formalizem e operacionalizem esta gest\u00e3o da \u00e9tica, assumindo especial import\u00e2ncia o c\u00f3digo de conduta. Os Colaboradores do PERONEO procedem, nas rela\u00e7\u00f5es com os Clientes\/Utentes e outras institui\u00e7\u00f5es, com dilig\u00eancia, neutralidade, lealdade, descri\u00e7\u00e3o e respeito consciencioso dos interesses que lhe s\u00e3o confiados.<br \/>\n2.
